KEY HOLDING
A simple service that can eliminate a lot of issues. By entrusting Class Act to hold the keys to your property we can arrange for any and every eventuality to be overcome and sorted with little to no effort on your side. Locking up and leaving your property from any period of time can, of course, come with some level of anxiety, we would hope to completely eliminate that for you by being the point of call for the rare event of an emergency or for any maintenance work that you would need carrying out in your absence. We also offer villa checks at a frequency to suit you to ensure any issue, big or small, is identified, reported and rectified in the smallest time frame possible.
STAGING
In the estate agency industry, a first impression can make a lot of difference in attracting a potential buyer. With the help of our design team, we will help you make your home more appealing to the buyers. This is achieved by de-cluttering, removing personal items, small repairs (should they be needed) and cleaning the areas. After that, the rooms can be dressed, if needed, with small touches to bring out the potential of the room. If the property is in need of more permanent refresh, we can recommend and complete any jobs needed in house with our sister company Class Act Property Maintenance. PROMOTIONS
Terms and conditions for discounts offered to buyers
Painting discount of 10%
Discount applies to the labour costs of the quote and not the materials. As Class Act are not manufacturers, the cost of materials is an unchangeable amount, governed by another company.
Discount is applicable to all types of painting jobs including; exterior facades, interior walls and ceilings, metal work (rejas, gates, handrails etc), wooden surfaces (window and doorframes etc).
Class Act hold the rights to refuse to offer this particular discount should the characteristics of the job be, in anyway unsafe, detrimental to our business and/or its reputation or, if we feel any unfair advantages are being taken of our generosity.
The value of 10% is only applicable to jobs under a maximum value of €5000. Jobs over €5000 will either have a lower valued percentage of discount added or will be void of any discount.
Minimum purchase price of €100,000
Gardening discount
Discount applies to labour only. Any additional charges in materials and/or excessive waste removal will be applicable should they occur.
Discount is applicable to general tidying and maintenance of the garden. Heavy duty work including; hedge cutting, cypress fir shaping, tree felling, palm tree pruning and spraying, or landscaping of any kind will incur the usual charges with no discount applied.
Discount is calculated at 4 hours a month for 3 months, totalling 12 hours of free labour. Should the client wish to divide the hours up differently to what is stated, then express consent will need to be given from the owners of Class Act only. The maximum of 12 hours is not to be exceeded.

Cleaning discount
Discount applies to both labour and materials used.
Discount is applicable to general cleaning only. Services not included are; oven cleaning, deep cleaning, upholstery cleaning, steam cleaning and pressure washing.
Discount is calculated at 2 hours a fortnight for 3 months, totalling 12 hours of free labour. Should the client wish to divide the hours up differently to what is stated, then express consent will need to be given from the owners of Class Act only. The maximum of 12 hours is not to be exceeded.
Class Act hold the rights to refuse to offer this particular discount should the characteristics of the job be, in anyway unsafe, detrimental to our business and/or its reputation or, if we feel any unfair advantages are being taken of our generosity.
Minimum purchase price of €100,000
Pool cleaning discount
Discount applies to a signed 12 month pool cleaning contract. This includes materials and all details clearly listed within the contract.
Discount applies to all aspects of pool cleaning as listed in our contract. Services not included; electrical faults, plumbing issues, pool pump changes, construction work and repairs.
Class Act hold the rights to refuse to offer this particular discount should the characteristics of the job be, in anyway unsafe, detrimental to our business and/or its reputation or, if we feel any unfair advantages are being taken of our generosity.
Discount of 10% is applicable to all 12 month pool cleaning contracts, unless a breach of the above paragraph is noticed.
